I/we understand that the Company reserves the right to take into account the general suitability of my boat for a particular berth, before issuing any such Berthing License and the Company’s decision in this matter shall be final.

I hereby confirm that the above-mentioned vessel is insured according to the Company's Terms and Conditions, and for a minimum of €3,000,000, and I/we have included insurance details as requested above.
